Weather in the Aragon RegionThe weather in Aragon can be described as Continental, and is quite dry. The summers average 28 degrees and the Spring and Autumn are also milder than the UK. Daytime temperatures average 18 degrees in March and October for example. The winters are colder than the rest of the year, but often the weather is bright and sunny so it is still easy to get out and about and enjoy the days and even at night the temperatures rarely fall below zero. The average maximum temperature in January is a 11 degrees and by May it is 24 degrees. The rainfall in the area is quite low and even when it does rain, the showers tend not to last for long. The geography of the area varies greatly from the high Pyrennees mountains in the North to the flat plains in the South. The altitude does affect temperatures greatly. |
